I didn’t get to say goodbye

Yesterday I found out my beautiful 11 year old chocolate lab would have to be put to sleep unexpectedly. With coronavirus reeking havoc in the world, I’ve not been able to see her for months. I can truly say this has left a hole in my heart bigger than any break up ever has or ever will. It’s true what they say, dog really is womans best friend. 

I do not hesitate in saying I believe she was the best thing to ever pass through my 26 years of life.
