Online dating can be a a bit of a lottery.
But meeting new people is one of life's luxuries we have in low supply right now.
So we agreed to meet after a couple of false starts.
Good news.. she's cute, funny and friendly.

We walked and talked and shared a drink in the park.
We observed other couples, wondering if it was their first date too.
We cracked open handwarmers. Little pockets of comfort on a chilly night.
We sat on the grass and watched firewalks in the distance and shared stories of London, travel and life.
I lend her a bobble hat. It looks better on her than on me.
We had laughs together and at each other. She's a bit shy but maybe I am too.
