8 month wait

I met him briefly whilst working abroad last summer. He added me on Facebook and we started talking in September once I had returned home. We have spoken every day since, however, we didn't meet in person for 8 months. Lockdown then happened, and for some reason, it became harder to wait to see him. I drove up to see him in May and spent the weekend. I was worried at first, but I quickly realized that this was exactly what I wanted after 8 months of waiting around.
