The difference

When the first lockdown happened, it made me realise how lonely I was. I’d always think I’ll never find anyone or have anyone to talk with. Near the end of the first lockdown, I found someone. I found someone to talk to online. It was so nice to have found someone with so much in common. We talked almost everyday and night. Now 6 months later she’s my girlfriend and I still can’t believe it. I don’t think she realises how much of a difference she’s made to my life, I’ve never felt so happy. I just can’t stop thinking about a future with her.
