11ths

I met S online and then in person 11/01/20. We had a wonderful day and both felt the spark very quickly. I suggested meeting again the following weekend, but she felt that was too long so we met on the Tuesday. It was a disaster. We both got atrociously wet in the rain. We were both very tired, and it was all a bit of a disappointment. I messaged her when I got home to apologise. We met again on the weekend and the spark was there again (phew’). We dated regularly and she started staying over 2-4 days a week. I stayed with her occasionally. When lockdown hit we made the decision to lockdown at mine. I was made redundant so things were tricky, but luckily got a new job. She gave up her house in august and we lived together properly! We tried to mark the 11th each month in some way - our date night. On the 11th of January 2021, 1 year after we met S agreed to marry me. We’ve both been so sure - all the way.
