Big moves

I was living with my ex boyfriend at the time when lockdown was looking imminent, but had started dating my current boyfriend at that time. When I learned that my ex had been told to quarantine after going on holiday, I decided to pack a bag and leave to stay at my current boyfriends flat. Moving in with someone who I had only dated for 14 days is something that I would never normally have done! We lived together for about 3 weeks before he moved back to Hong Kong for 4 months during lockdown, at which point we had to start a long distance relationship, but now that he's back in the UK we're looking for flats together! Making such a big move to live together so early on accelerated the 'getting comfortable with each other' phase of our relationship, and brought us much closer together than if lockdown hadn't happened. Having already lived together during such a strange period of time, I'm more confident that moving in together again out of lockdown will be a success!
