Boss

As we approached lockdown, it dawned on me I wouldn’t be seeing my boss for possibly a long time and I was horrified so I was asked him out for a drink on the last day in the office March 17th. It turns out he liked me a lot as well and so we then moved to daily video calls and fell in love during March and April. We then spent many evening listening to music and cooking. We finally went on our first date when restaurants re-opened on July 4th. We are now buying a house together. It turns out the man for me and hopefully my future second husband was sat next to me at work. Without lockdown, I might never have told him how I felt!
