For those who wish they’d isolated with a partner or spouse:  

My friend is married to a horrible man. Since working from home in lockdown, she’s seen he starts downing the hard stuff mid-afternoon. During the first week of lockdown, he smashed a glass on the floor in fury then her daughter threw a glass at him.

She checks up on me to see if I’m ok as I’m isolating alone.

The truth is I’m having the best lockdown imaginable and I feel sorry for her awful, toxic marriage.
