Ambre and Cait
Ambre and Cait met in Cambodia 2016 and quickly became good friends. Ambre always had a bit of a thing for Cait, but Cait was blissfully unaware and genuinely loved spending time with Ambre as a friend. Fast forward to 2019, where Ambre and Cait rekindle their friendship after not talking for a bit. Cait decided to visit Ambre in London, so she traveled there in June 2019 where they spent a week exploring the city. It was then that Cait realized she may have a crush on Ambre. Keep in mind, Cait thought she was straight this whole time, so she’s determining her feelings for Ambre and her sexuality, in general. Then, in December 2019, Ambre told Cait she had feelings for her in a 10min voice note. Cait wasn’t sure exactly where she was at and knew it was something they would need to figure out in person. Ambre booked a flight to New York to visit Cait in March 2020 for 10 days where their romance blossomed. They realized how much they cared for each other, quickly shifting from a friendship to a romance. Towards the end of their week of bliss in the countryside, friends and family started warning them about COVID-19. From that point on, Ambre’s 10 day trip was at risk of turning into 4 months, since her flight was schedule to leave after the European travel ban. After lots of anxiety and an unimaginable amount of unknowns combined with lack of information, Ambre successfully made it on the last flight to London. Cait and Ambre had no idea when they would see each other next. They had grand plans of traveling back to Asia to start living a life together, but clearly their plans were at a stand still. After 4 long months of lockdown and closed borders, Cait got on a flight to London to finally see her woman, who she missed dearly. Let’s just say that they had no issues quarantining the first 14 days 😉 and are very happy to be riding out the rest of COVID-19 together in London.
