Reminding myself he’s an arse and I should not go back!! 
Look at how he treated you: 
1. he doesn’t want to touch you. 
2. He doesn’t want to kiss you. 
3. He doesn’t want to have sex with you. 
4. He doesn’t talk to you. 
5. He doesn’t reply to you or even read the messages. He doesn’t answer the phone!! 
6. He doesn’t want to see you. 
7. You are the bottom of his priority list. 
8. He stands you up. 
9. He’s ashamed of you - hasn’t introduced you to friends / family. 
10. He didn’t make an effort - cook / clean etc.
11. He never acknowledged any of the gifts you bought him. 
12. He’s there for Her and her family. 
13. He said You annoy him, pressure and hassle him.  
14. He doesn’t wish you luck / ask after your day. 
15. He doesn’t come home for dinner when he’s supposed too.
