How I've managed to meet someone while in tier 2?! Last month I got a casual job and was teamed up with someone who makes me laugh out loud. So for the past five weeks I’ve spent nearly every day with him, working with him and getting to know him. I’ve had no need to worry about setting up outdoor dates in the freezing cold to learn more about him. I’ve had no need to worry about whether or not we’re allowed to meet up for a pub date, no need to spend all that money on substantial meals. We’ve been free to chat and flirt all day, day in, day out, at work. Indoors, in the warmth, for free. Actually, while getting paid! It’s been the most fun I’ve had all year! It shouldn’t be allowed, all that mixing of households, but we’re at work so it’s allowed! I love finding a loophole by accident. Fall for someone you work with! My only fear now? My time in this job is coming to an end so we’ll have to meet up outdoors after I leave and maybe think about breaking some rules to shop together or go out for dinner together or stay in a hotel together. But I think it’ll definitely be worth it. It’s been a really lovely ending to this awful year!
