Waiting game

Patiently waiting for someone to decide how they feel & how they want to progress forward. Knowing that they made you feel safe, made you feel special, made you trust them. You built a connection, it felt different. It was different. You feel the faith you have left, that someone could take a chance, being chipped away. It's heartbreaking.
