We have known each other for 3 years at University. Ever since we met, even when I was with someone else, there was always an undeniable chemistry between us. We would always laugh and mess about during society events, ultimately ending up mock insulting each other with big grins, and then pretending to be irritated by one another. Then, when I became single, we gave it a try. So much was going on with me mentally and physically then that it didn't work out, I was just not in a good place. But now we've gotten close again in our final year, and every day, I seem to be falling in love with you. I don't know if you love me back, I'm too scared to ask. But what I do know is that I spent much of lockdown thinking about you, even when I thought that you weren't thinking about it. I'm so glad to have you back in my life.
